I could never forget that or get over it.

CocAspell: An open-source spell check. Infinitely better than Apple’s built in dictionary.
Nisus Thesaurus: A stand-alone application or a service that can be invoked in any application that supports services.

Quicksilver: Cool interface and if you don’t want to spend the US$15 for LaunchBar then go for this one.
QuickImageCM: Contextual Menu plug in which allows you to manipulate images with yes you guessed it; a control click.

Quick Access : a Contextual menu plug in that allows you to jump to folders, copy to, move to and make alias’ of files. Heaven sent! Why didn’t they think of building this right into OSX 10.3 Panther?

JunkMatcher: Works as a spam filter with Mail.

Blue Phone Menu: An app that adds Caller ID functionality to your menu bar and desktop using your Bluetooth enabled phone.
