Rajika had acted in my film Split Wide Open and was excellent in the role she played. A complete contrast to her dancing avatar.

I think your idea of doing a doc around Rajika is an excellent one. She's very articulate, expressive and passionate about dance. She'll also be a great subject on camera. I can say that; I've directed her!

Yes the abhinay in #35 is quite amazing and intense. One could "feel" that in her performance.

The images were developed in Adobe Lightroom which has an excellent web module. I chose the Flash Gallery which is simple and quite effective. I thought of using my old time open source fav "Gallery" but found Lightroom's solution much better. Apple's Aperture is pretty weak on this font.

The speed must be your first world connection ;-)
On my "broadband" connection in Delhi it barely loads up!!

Dev, the photos are really great. I love #3 - movement and a lot of emotion too. #35 - fabulous. Her face is so expressive (clearly why she is a dancer). #39 is fabulous too.

I wonder if the technical rehearsal would have a made a good short documentary... apparently a short doc is one of the first-year requirements, so it is on my mind...

Also - what software are you using to host the images? It loads super-fast.
